Roopastra was born from a simple observation: fashion tech has been faking it. Flat overlays. Generic avatars. Static mannequins with no understanding of how fabric moves, how bodies bend, or how Indian silhouettes differ.
So we built something different. Using on-device neural rendering, 3D pose-aware meshing, and physics-informed garment simulation, we created a virtual try-on system that respects real-world constraints like surface curvature, material elasticity, kinematic draping, and occlusion logic for layered wear.
Our stack runs without cloud dependency, processes zero persistent biometrics, and renders in under 300ms—because privacy and performance aren’t trade-offs. They’re requirements.
